Here are a few favorite recipes from the Small Food Bakery repertoire past and present. We owe our experience to the many cooks and bakers and writers who have shared recipes before us. In bakery, there is nothing new or unique to us, we stand always on the shoulders of others who kindly share their knowledge with us. We then work for months, sometimes years to make them work in our place with our people, equipment and local ingredients.
We don’t believe in secret recipes, so if there is something we make that you would like to try at home, please get in touch and we will gladly share.
